Police had the honor of hoist the flags as an act of civility

On the morning of Monday, December 5, 2016, the monument to the heroes of the National Police was the scene where the personnel of the General Command of the National Police, National Directorate of Social Welfare of the National Police and the community of the District Manuelita Sáenz held the ceremony of «Raising the flag and relieving the guard» respectively.
This ceremony highlighted the work of four police officers who stood out in different procedures demonstrating professionalism and delivery to the service, they are: Sergeant Carrión Cabrera Víctor Armando, who works in the Manuelita Sáenz District; Cabo Primero Edison Fernando Castro, Cabo Segundo Darwin Santiago Villalba Chicaiza and the Police Francisco Javier Zurita Cusme belonging to the Circuit the Marshal of this City, who had the honor of hoisting the flags in this civic act.
Malena Maribel Cordero Proaño, president of the project (ERES), a support network for children, adolescents and their families in a vulnerable situation, said she was very grateful to the National Police because now the image of the institution is Very different as when we were children, for me it is an honor to have worked shoulder to shoulder with the Institution for the benefit of the community, especially children and adolescents.
