David System, exhibition topic in Guatemala conference

He highlighted the homicide case, which reduced the rate of homicides and murders, from 8.1 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 2014 to 6.4 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 2015, with a resolution of 65% Of homicide cases. By 2016, a target of 5 cases is raised and the resolution of cases is expected to increase to 85% in 2017. Ecuador is the third country in Latin America with the lowest homicide rate.
