Preventive and informative actions aimed at national and foreign tourists, to reduce the crime incidence in places with the higher tourist influx, helped by Paquito and Paquita Bilingüe.

If you are a victim of a crime, contact ECU-911 immediately. Your call will trigger a rapid and coordinated response from the competent authorities.

Once the alert is received, a police unit will go to the scene of the incident. Their prompt arrival ensures support and control of the situation.

The officers will provide immediate assistance, protecting their integrity and gathering crucial information for the investigation. Their cooperation is essential to clarify the facts.

The report of loss or theft of identification documents does not authorize their stay in the country.

SECURITY TRAVEL ADVICE
