«If your life you want to save the helmet you must use»,  the National Police of Ecuador through the service of transit in the Los Ríos Sub-Zone initiated the campaign of awareness for the proper use of the homologated hull.

Staff of the Traffic Department works in accident prevention activities in the province, through trainings, talks, conferences, road safety workshops and play activities with Paquito and his friends, with the purpose of transmitting prevention messages and safety tips.

The goal is to raise awareness among motorcyclists. The obligation to use the helmet is to protect the integrity and the life of the driver and his companion in the face of an adverse event. The accident statistics registered in the country are due to motorcycle accidents which has caused the death of citizens for not fulfilling this requirement.

After 2 weeks of socialization through the local media about the campaign for the use of the helmet on June 27 will be carried out the stage of control and sanction to the offenders.
