Durante ceremonia fueron ascendidos a los grados de Mayores y Tenientes 23 oficiales de Sanidad
En el marco de una ceremonia que se cumplió en el auditorio del Hospital Docente de la Policía Nacional “Guayaquil No. 2”, se cumplió la ceremonia de ascensos de 23 oficiales del servicio de sanidad.
La ceremonia fue presidida por el Crnl. Rodrigo Garcés Ruiz, y los tenientes Coroneles de Policía, Marco Valdez Haro, Beatriz Miranda Gaibort y Norma Bravo Segura y familiares de los galenos que cumplen funciones en el nosocomio y en varios dispensarios de salud de la Zona 8 de la Policía Nacional.
El acto castrense policial arrancó a las 17:00, con la lectura de los acuerdos ministeriales 094, por medio del cual el Ministro del Interior, Jose Serrano Salgado dispone los ascensos al grado de mayores a los oficiales de sanidad de la Décima Segunda Promoción y al grado de tenientes a los de la Décima Tercera Promoción, entre ellos:
Al grado de mayores las y los doctores, Sayda Sanadare Cassagne Montalvo, María Eugenia Naranjo Jaramillo, Andrés Geovanny Rodríguez Villamar, Shirley Haydee Lucero Salazar, Avelina Bethsabe Briones Freire, Germán Adriano Sandoval Molina, Carlos Enrique Estévez Díaz y Jorge Ramón Altamirano Macías.
Al grado de tenientes a y los doctores Bolívar Alejandro Guastay Carrión, Ulises Patricio Suquinagua Peñaherrera, Karina Yajaira Alvarado Quinto, Jorge Bernabé Córdova Ortuno, Agapito Jorge Salvatierra Canto, Lilia Paulina Unda Carrasco, Lilly Mariuxi Zambrano Patiño, Mónica Raquel Álvarez Ortiz, Monserrate Anunciata Castillo del Valle, Isabel de Lourdes Cruz Zúñiga, Miguel Anderson Tayupanta Albán, Rosa Abigail Barragán Monar, Edgar Javier Avilés Chávez, Daniel Gerardo Carreño Ramírez. y Rochy Mariuxi Delgado Guerrero.
El discurso central lo pronunció el Crnl. Rodrigo Garcés Ruíz, oficial que resalto el rol que cumplen los médicos en el cuidado de la salud de los servidores policiales y sus familias, por los estudios constantes para ponerse al día con los adelantos de la medicina, por la sacrificada tarea de pertenencia por ser parte del cambió que busca la Policía en todos sus servicios.
“Les presentó a todos ustedes y a sus familiares que se encuentran presentes un saludo afectuoso del mando institucional y del Crnl. Lenin Bolaños Pantoja, Comandante de la Zona 8 de Policía, sigan demostrando su enorme profesionalismo en dotar y brindar un servicio de excelencia en los lugares asignados brinden las tareas de salud”, precisó el Crnl. Garcés Ruiz.
La Dra. Sayda Sanadare Cassagne Montalvo, pronunció el discurso en representación de los ascendidos y la Dra. Norma Bravo Segura, por el Hospital Docente de la Policía Nacional “Guayaquil No,. 2”.
Como un dato preponderante dentro de la ceremonia se pudo notar cuando el Crnl. Rodrigo Garcés Ruiz, se cambio de puesto a fin de colocar las nuevas insignias a su esposa la teniente Mónica Raquel Álvarez Ortíz. (O. Trujillo. 0. Reyes DNCE Zona 8)
