Ceremony in Panama by the Anniversary of National Police of Ecuador

In the Auditorium of the Embassy of Ecuador in the Republic of Panama it was held the ceremony for the 78 th. Professionalization anniversary of the National Police of Ecuador, I had the presence of Mr. Dr. Galo Enriquez Enriquez, Ambassador of Ecuador in Panama; Belsio Commissioner González, Director General of Air Service; Commissioner Christian Hayer, Director General of the State Border Service; Commissioner Eric Estrada, Director General of the Institutional Protection Service (SPI) and Mr. Commissioner Willigton Zambrano, Inspector General of the National Police of Panama, commissioners, officers and enlisted personnel of the different levels of Homeland Security Panama, Mr. Defence Attachés, Air, Naval and Police accredited in Panama, special guests.

During the intervention of Police Colonel M.S. Pablo Aníbal Cerda Tovar, highlighted the changes that throughout these 78 years of professionalization has had the National Police of Ecuador for the benefit of public safety, emphasizing the postulate of effort and sacrifice made every day all police servers their workplaces.

He noted that the main objective of this Attaché is to achieve operational and cooperation agreements, seeking staff development in technical and scientific aspects, training, enhance information exchange systems and legal assistance.

At the end of his speech stressed that ongoing communication between the sisters of Ecuador and Panama Police, allowed to break the barriers making a joint effort to combat organized crime within and outside our borders.

Following a public recognition of the directors, commissioners, officers and enlisted personnel of the estates of Public Security of Panama who collaborated with the mission of the Police Attache in Panama during his tenure was performed.

In support of the ceremony the Honorable Dr. Galo Enriquez Enriquez, he addressed the present stating the achievements of the National Police of Ecuador thanks to the unconditional support of Ec. Rafael Correa Delgado, President of the Republic of Ecuador, in recent years, assuming the historical challenge of facing the problem of insecurity from a holistic view, revolutionary concept that involves a transformation of state structures.
